Known as 'ბაბუაწვერა (babuatsvera)' in Georgian, our dandelion is wild-harvested from the nutrient-rich meadows and subalpine pastures of Samtskhe-Javakheti. This hardy, sun-loving plant is abundant and widespread across the region's volcanic grasslands.

Harvest timing is split by plant part to capture each at its peak: tender leaves are gathered in early spring, while roots are lifted in autumn, when the plant's inulin reserves are at their seasonal peak. Our gentle, low-temperature processing preserves these compounds and the bitter principles that define the plant.
